Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer UPS or USPS for shipping.  Items are not insured through USPS and are covered for up to $100 for UPS.  You will be emailed tracking numbers when applicable.

Customer is responsible for any additional charges that may occur as a result of invalid address information. 

RETURNS

If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise approved.  Any items that are returned must be in new, unused condition.  All returns must be received within 30 days of order date. 

Digital downloads can not be returned.

Gift Wrap services can not be refunded.

We are a volunteer organization and will do our best to get each order out within a day of the order being placed.  We only ship out Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
